PATHFINDER LEGAL CENTERPathfinder is a charitable program asset of Timeless Empowerment Foundation. These notices explain the current operating boundaries while final agreements receive board and legal review.
The Pathfinder Program—including its curriculum, pathways, participant materials, facilitator materials, worksheets, assessments, approved translations, program-specific media, brand assets, and TEF-funded derivative works—is owned by Timeless Empowerment Foundation. No individual owns the program personally.
Timeless Innovations LLC may distribute, market, fulfill, and administer commerce for Pathfinder only under a written agreement approved by Timeless Empowerment Foundation. Distribution does not transfer ownership.
Supreme Development Group (SDG) provides architecture and systems services. SDG background technology is separate from the TEF-owned Pathfinder curriculum and should be identified in an approved schedule.
Access is for personal educational use unless a separate written license says otherwise. Purchase does not grant resale, organizational delivery, facilitator, certification, source-file, trademark, or derivative-work rights.
Schools, agencies, nonprofits, cohorts, and facilitators require an approved organizational or facilitator agreement. Access to materials alone does not authorize certification, endorsement, or use of TEF marks.
Participant reflections are private by default. Current device-saved responses remain on the participant’s device unless the participant deliberately exports or shares them. The platform must not describe future cloud features as secure until those controls are implemented and tested.
Protected posting, messaging, cohorts, and facilitator notes remain gated until authentication, moderation, privacy, consent, youth-safety, reporting, and security requirements pass review. Pathfinder is educational support—not therapy, crisis care, or emergency service.
Pathfinder is being developed for keyboard access, readable contrast, print use, responsive layouts, and optional device-based read-aloud. Accessibility issues may be reported for correction.
Use of Pathfinder™, its logo, curriculum, worksheets, media, and other program assets is restricted. The ™ symbol is used unless and until a federal registration supports use of ®.
This legal center is an ownership and release-readiness notice. Final Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, commerce terms, community standards, and organization/facilitator agreements remain subject to board and licensed-attorney approval.
