Pathfinder: 20-Lesson Organizational Edition

The master curriculum retains the original five modules with four lessons each. Core/expansion selection is a new packaging recommendation, not a reduction in depth. The current four-stage program is a separate entry track, not the first twelve lessons in this index. Its saved responses are unchanged.

Every lesson includes teaching, a reasoned example, practice, a worksheet, two checks with explanations, learning evidence, transfer practice, and facilitator guidance.

Ten facilitated sessions

The original sequence pairs two lessons per session: 01–02, 03–04, through 19–20. The complete edition uses all ten sessions; completing only the core is not completion of the 20-lesson edition.

Suggested 70-minute flow: welcome 5; check-in 8; teaching 10; model 8; guided practice 15; application 12; reflection 7; close 5. This is adjustable guidance, not a validated completion time. Extend or split sessions for access and depth.

Allow passing, fictional examples, private writing, and breaks. Record only participation, demonstrated skill, requested support, and consented follow-up; do not collect private journals. This edition does not activate payments, licensing, or facilitator records.
